Niccolas Nordfelt, also known as “A Drummer of Sorts”, started his drumming journey at the age of 11. After taking lessons for years, he’d eventually start finding gigs at the San Diego Repertory through Teatro Mascara Magica by the age of 16

After high school, Niccolas attend Southwestern Community College and then Cal State San Marcos. During his time in both colleges, he played in various ensembles such as Jazz Ensemble, Big Band Jazz, Latin Jazz Ensemble, Chamber Ensemble, Concert Band, Gospel Choir and Drumline. Niccolas would also continue to do musicals such as Godspell and American Idiot. Towards the end of his time at Cal State San Marcos, Niccolas would occasionally accompany the SWC Jazz Vocal Ensemble and would start taking up worship drumming.

Niccolas’ passion for drumming and music revolves around playing Metal, Indie, Pop, Rock and Worship music. In the most recent years, Niccolas collaborated with metal projects such as Mask Maker, Vorcha, Condemned to Torment and Ramon Lomas. He is also a part of bands such as The Mirage and Velvet Glow.
